Aren't forts the best?

I can't even image being small enough to enjoy a fort the size of one stool!

The Motorcycle (aka woo woo woo)

Blueberry LOVES the motorcycle. We ask her what the motorcycle says and she says "woo woo woo". She loves to go for rides on the motorcycle with us or just with Mark. Sometimes when he gets home from work she reaches for him and the second he picks her up she points outside and says "woo woo woo". She gets so excited when Mark says he will take her- she immediately looks for her hat (a prerequisite for going outside) and follows him out the back door. She hates when the ride is over so Mark tells her the motorcycle has to go to bed and after he closes the shed door he says it has gone ni-night. So now she points to the shed and puts her little finger up to her lips and says shhhhh!

Just had to share this little tidbit about our adrenaline junkie...

Summer

Lovin summer- and loving that I slept for 9 hours last night and needed every minute of it.

Life of the party!!!

Last night we went to a couple wedding receptions for friends- the food was fantastic and it was a ton of fun. At the second reception they had a DJ and dance floor and everyone was dancing. Blueberry was dying to get out in the middle of things the second we got there. So we put her down and waited to see what she would do and there was not a second of hesitation before she strutted out to the middle of the floor and (as Mark would say) "She owned that floor!" Everyone was smiling and pointing at our little Dancing Queen and she was living it up! We picked her up and tried to dance with her and she wanted none of that! She was having too much fun on her own! All I had was my phone, so the video is horrible and choppy, but it is all we had. We also did not know what to expect and then we were too busy laughing and watching to think about recording her for the first 3-4 songs or so, which were the funniest, but like I said- this is what we got...


We tried to tear her away a few times, but she would "run" away from us and head straight back to the dance floor! Needless to say, we had one sad little dancer when it was time to leave.
